On my to-view list for quite a while, I finally got the chance to see BILLY LIAR [1963] in a theatre, and it did not disappoint. Habitual dreamers (and cowards) beware, however: this may hit too close to home. Possibly the quintessential illustration of both the reasons some choose to retreat into fantasy, and the gut-wrenching consequences for never returning to the real world, I know the final minutes will be sure to haunt me anytime I start thinking big but then fail to muster the courage for action. So, yeah, several times a day, then.
But man, the dude was on the dang train. If only...
